Warranty Information
The BioLab UV Warranty Process:
- If you experience any problems with your BioLab UV unit, please contact our Customer Care
department at 1-888-265-4075.
- If it is determined that a failure has occured with the unit covered under warranty, a
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued by the manufacturer and a loaner unit will be sent
to you.
- A credit card number is required as a deposit on the loaner unit and will be taken upon determination
of issuance of the RGA. The credit card number will not be charged and will be released upon receipt of the
returned loaner unit by the manufacturer.
- Once the loaner unit is received, your warrantied unit will be sent back to the manufacturer
in the same shipping box in which the loaner unit was received.
- The manufacuter will repair or replace your unit to be sent back for reinstallation.
You will then be responsible to return the loaner unit to the manufacturer.
- The customer is responsible for freight charges associated with repair of the warrantied unit.
The Limited Warranty Period:
The Limited warranty period will begin on the date of installation as indicated on the warranty card,
or if no warranty card has been received, the Limited Warranty period will begin on the date of sale
to the User as indicated on the original invoice. If there is no warranty card or original invoice on record,
the Limited Warranty period shall commence on the date of manufacture of the UV unit, as shown on the date code located
on the product identification label.
UV units received with factory identification missing, mutilated, or altered, or units received
containing components not supplied by the manufacturer or modified in any way, will not be
warrantied under any circumstances.
